The Latitude, in Kamshet, is a property owned by Armaity and is a classic piece of architecture, designed by Ar. Malak Singh Gill. In addition to the existing villas, Armaity was interested in installing an A-frame structure for herself at the property. The A-Frame home was designed for her to tune in well with the existing architecture at the property.

The Wind over waters project is envisioned by the backwaters at Varasgaon dam, near Pune. The site is a 1 acre land parcel that is proposed to be subdivided into 8 managed farm plots that will be leased out to the Coon owners. Centrally placed is a community spine with amenities such as dining spaces and play areas. The Coons will be installed by the Coon Owners on the sub-plots, eventually making it a wonderful community of tiny homes.

Nikhil Gandhi was fascinated by the Coons (https://thecoon.co/) and wanted to own a couple, to be installed at his property in Mt. Alterra, near Khandala. The two Coons were to be elevated to get a bird’s eye view of the valley. A common dining area was created between the Coons as a semi-open space. The ground area beneath the Coons was proposed to be leveled and have sliding folding doors on all sides, such that the level below could be used for additional guests, when needed. Above the Coons, a roofed deck area would be made, more like a Machaan.
